I long to hold you in my arms again....
Even though it only been 6 hours since I saw you...
I want to kiss your soft lips...
And remember that feeling...
I want to love you like you deserve to be loved...
Give you everything you desire, no matter the cost to me...
You ask me for the world and I'll deliver ti on a silver platter...
I want to always be there for you...
Comfert you in your times of need...
Cheer you up when your sad...
Make you laugh...
Make you smile...

Looking into eachothers eyes...
Our lips begin to meet...

The moonlight shinning

Your eyes like glowing orbs that bore right through me…

When we met
I was tongue-tied at your beauty…
Unable to tell you how
I felt about you…
But then when I caught my courage
You were already taken…
So I stood by and watched him with you
An unwilling victim to envy…
And so months passed and I left you two be…
Then you split from him and I lost my feelings…

I lost track of you when I was with her…
And when she and I split, my pain clouded my mind…
Months turned to years and I could never get you out of my head…
But I never told you how I felt…
Never let you know…
The truth…

Then you left for Nevada and I had to let you know…
I told you and we talked forever…
Then I told you those three little words…
Those words which have been uttered over the centuries…
I love you…

Then I made the biggest mistake of my life…
I let you go…
Let you slip between my fingers…
And the tears began to flow…
I couldn’t get you out of my head…
I couldn’t sleep…
I knew you’d be in my dreams…
I couldn’t eat…
Cause my body wouldn’t let me…

So on that smoke laden night…
I begged for forgiveness…
I pleaded for your love…
Then you did what I never expected…
You forgave me…
You loved me again…
So I told you again…
With that old feeling in my heart…
I told you…
I love you…

The Weekly Poet

My heart is like a singing bird

Say Goodbye

Your hurting, I can tell...
Your tears show me your pain...
I try to wipe away your tears but you turn and leave...
I stand there and think...
Is this goodbye?

I search for you...
Look everywhere...
Won't stop till I find you...
But your no-where to be found...
I keep thinking...
Is this goodbye?

I find you weeping...
All alone...
And I kneel before you...
You look up into my face...
Is this goodbye?

"Please let me help you" I say
"You can't help me... Theres nothing that you can do" You say
"Let me love you" I say
"But someone already does... Your to late" You say
Is this goodbye?

My heart skips a beat...
My breathing stops...
My thoughts become cloudy...
My vision swims...
Is this goodbye?

"Then let me dry your tears and let me hold you one last time" I whisper...
And I embrace you...
My tears flow...
I let go and turn away...
You stand there with puffy eyes and watch me leave...
I stop and turn my head...
"I love you..."
So this is goodbye...

Light of the Darkness

I see nothing, I hear nothing...
My emotions have run dry...
Theres nothing left in this life...
The darkness begins to close in...

I see you, I hear you...
My emotions have began to come back....
But they can't get to me...
The darkness holds them back...

I curl up and weep...
There's no one who can help me...
But then light fills my mind and I open my eyes...
There you are standing with a hand outstreched...
"Take my hand." you say
"But there's no need for me to live this life anymore." I say
"Then if you go, who will I love?" you say through tearing eyes
The light floods my mind...

"You will always have me..." I say through through tearing eyes...
The darkness flees, the light floods in...
The kiss we have makes me belelive...
Life is worth the pain...
Light of the Darkness...

Opposite Ends...

Can you see it?

Can you feel it?

Can you hear it?

The world is changing and I'm slowly dying...

Your so happy and I'm still crying...

You feel loved and I feel dead...
Your out laughing and I'm bleeding in my bed...
Life, Love and money fo you...
Death, Hate and poverty for me...
Slit wrists and whisky bottles...
Pills and a scrap of paper...
Blood on the walls and an empty bullet casing...
This is the price of hating...

Darkness falls, the dead all rise
Rotten bodies and glased eyes
Feel their hunger and their pain
The zombie army lives again

Graveyard hum with undead moans
Muddy ground and scattered bones
Thunder rolls, the rain pours down
The zombie army heas to town

Streets fill up, the dogs all bay
People scream and run away
The unded chase and then they kill
The zombie army eats their fill

Hours pass, the terror flows
People fight, the progress shows
The guns all blast, the undead stumble
The zombie army begins to crumble

Day is here, the sky is light
Living cheer, they won the fight
All thats left is blood and gore
The zombie army is no more...

Posion in my Heart

We part our ways, you walk one way I walk the other...
I look over my shoulder and see you crying and hurt...
But I keep walking, afraid to let my tears show...
For weakness is pain, and im hurt enough...
A bitter taste fills my mouth and the poison seeps in...
This is is a fight I cannot win...
I look again and your gone...
Now the poison takes hold...
I unleash howl of pain and clutch my heart...
This is the part where new life starts...
But not today, not tomorrow..
It will take time...
Time I don't have...
Looks like its the end at last...
But you'll live on...
Have kids and a husband..
A house and a yard...
A family of four...
I'll have a grave and six feet of dirt...
Nothing but a shirt and a box of wood...
Gone forever never to grace the Earth again...
But don't fret, don't cry...
We'll see eachother when you die...

We stare at eachother

Im lost in your eyes and you in mine...

We don't utter a word just stare

As I begin to speak you hold up a finger to my lips and we kiss...

Our lip part and I take a breath...
